Lex International Fund is a philanthropic fund, hosted by Swiss Philanthropy Foundation. We invest in international law as the most effective answer to global conflict. We do this by funding the projects that prove it works, and by shaping how those results get understood by the people who matter: decision-makers deciding policy, journalists shaping coverage, and the public shaping political pressure.

What We Do
Lex International work in three ways
inside governments
We convene decision-makers, fund policy work, and push for specific initiatives. The result: more outspoken government positions, treaty momentum and real shifts in government actions
in the media
We back journalists, organise briefings and fund media projects on the issues we work on. The result: more coverage and attention on issues that get ignored, sharper framing and the right experts being quoted in the right places.
In public conversation
We fund research, narrative work, and communications projects that change how these issues are talked about. The result: shifted framing in public debate, wider reach, narratives that make their way into policy.
